|  Formed last quarter of 2002, END OF MAN is no stranger to the underground scene. The group is composed of ex-members of Mass Carnage, Seven Stitches and Thrash Metal Gods, Discant X. END OF MAN offers Crossover Music to the Underground scene. Joey de Guzman - Vocals Yam dela Torre - Guitars JC Paterno - Guitars Francis Alcantara - Bass John Carpio - Drums When: November 22, 2008 Venue: Bay Park Central, Roxas. Blvd. Visit the Official Website @ www.endofman.net/HISTORY: The END OF MAN has begun… In October 2002, former members of Mass Carnage ( Yam dela Torre, JC Paterno and John Carpio ) and Seven Stitches ( Aries Victorino ) decided to start making Heavy music again. But they lacked one thing, a Thrash vocalist. They sought out Joey De Guzman of Discant X. End of Man was completed when he agreed to join the newly formed group. Immediately they started writing material. First few gigs saw End of Man playing cover songs from Discant X, Mass Carnage, Death Angel, Anthrax, Discharge, SOD and Slayer. Soon End of Man’s original songs Discord, The Scourge, Devoted Mistake, and Servitude came to life. The music was captured as they started the recording process in December 2003. End of Man’s self-titled EP was released in March 2004. October 2004 saw the departure of End of Man’s rhythm section, John Carpio and Aries Victorino who were facing new priorities in life. Faced with the huge and difficult task of finding new members, End of Man were aided by close friends Joseph Conde, Hendrick Gonzales, Flo Fernandez and Carlo de Guzman who temporarily filled-in for Bass and Drum duties. In December of the same year, Francis Alcantara, alumni of Tame the Tikbalang and Loads of Motherhood was aquired as Bassist. 2005 saw John Carpio back from his journeys and has since then rejoined End of Man. |
